Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa lite does not sync even though I have all day sync turned on also can get it to receive notifications no matter how many times I restart my phone. I have an OPPO and it is not listed in the known issues section. I had exactly same issues with notifications with my blaze.  How can I fix this? restarted phone and fitbit but now phone cannot find device!

Hi @Pandoraz  welcome aboard. I'm happy to assist you with your Versa Lite connection difficulties.

Let me share with you that the Oppo A77 is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern and because of Android, Fitbit app and device updates.

Even though your mobile device is not compatible, please give it a try to our help article:Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try with a compatible device or a computer instead.

In regards the notifications that are not coming through, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured, however, due to the compatibility concern I'm note sure if this will feature will work as intended. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I'll be here if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

Hi thanks for getting back to me. I have ready all the help articles and tried everything that was suggested and nothing worked which is why I was asking for help. The article also said if your phone is not listed don’t worry it is still more than likely compatible. So what it should say is if it is not listed don’t bother.

You're welcome @Pandoraz thanks for your reply and update, sorry for the delay in responding.

Thank you for confirming that the help articles that were shared on my previous post were tried prior to posting, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation is appreciated. As it turns out, when a mobile device is not compatible, the features of your Versa Lite may work, however, we cannot ensure that they will due to the compatibility concern previously mentioned.

Since the troubleshooting steps didn't work, can you please try with a compatible device instead? This way we will be able to determine if this is the root cause of the notifications not coming though.

Keep me posted.

I have it also linked to my iPad and I do not receive notifications on that either.

Thanks for your reply and update @Pandoraz, my apologies for the delayed reply.

Seems odd that you're not receiving notifications on your iPad neither. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're not receiving any notification in such device or just one of them? Also, please make sure that the Oppo A77 is not nearby the iPad because of the Bluetooth bonding between your Versa and your mobile device. Make sure to unpair the Versa from the Bluetooth settings on the Oppo and then try again with the iPad.

Keep me posted.
