It has been a week since my Inspire has worked! If I wanted to just wear a watch I would never have bought this one. All I read is "we are aware". NOT good enough! Someone at Fitbit better get with the program😠

The only feather that works is the clock, no foot steps or how long slept. Calories burned tracks.

There is no help from the Fitbit "support". All they have is the template answer and the links to the FAQs, which doesn't help at all. I think almost all of the Fitbit product is like this, they stop syncing after some time. Mine stopped syncing Ina week. I'll return this and best option is to go for the Garmin that is less than 200 dollars one, all the reviews I saw on that are good ones. Fit bit hasn't helped with this problem to any of the customer since 2017!

Thank you for your reply. I agree with you, my Inspire quite a week and a half ago. There is no customer service support at all. Good thing I still have my receipt!
