Inspire won't set up

It asks if I want to set it up, I say yes, I say yes to next step and it goes back to the 1st step. Round and round.

Oh no! I am sorry to hear you are having trouble. Let's get this problem fixed:

  1. Uninstall and Reinstall the Fitbit app
  2. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
  3. Restart the Fitbit device

If you still are having trouble:

  1. Clear cache of the app
  2. Contact Fitbit customer support directly
