Not receiving texts notifications from Signal app

My Fitbit updated last week and since then, I have been unable to receive text notifications to my Versa 2 from Signal.  I have rebooting my Fitbit and have no other bluetooth connectivity issues.

I'm not sure what signal is, but have you checked to see if this is one of the apps chosen to receive notifications?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? Do you experience notifications issue with other apps or just with Signal? Do you receive phone call notifications? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Yes I receive phone call notifications. Since the Versa 2 update, no text

To further investigate, can you please let me know if you don't receive text notifications at all or just from the Signal app as your original post stated? What was the outcome of the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post? Which phone are you using?

Do not receive them at all. Did prior to the update

To further investigate why are you not receiving text notifications, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Is the Android version of your phone up to date? Which Fitbit app version are you using?

I have the same issue. I have an iPhone. there doesn't seem to be a place on my fitbit Versa2 settings on the iPhone to allow/give permissions, add Signal app, let alone notifications from this app.  Please advise.  Thank you,  Nicola
