Fitbit app showing "No internet connection message"

I'm getting a no internet connection message AGAIN when I know I have connection. Please fix this problem FITBIT. I Know it's not my internet connection problem. It's happened many time since January.

Please try the following troubleshooting: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in
