Received new version 3.42.1 which replaces 3.41.2.
So far no problems.
Check in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Click Help & Support , version at the top.

@msmonaotr very wise to update manually.
Fortunately the Android Fitbit App seems more reliable, so I tried it.
It doesn't seem to break anything on a Samsung phone and doesn't fix anything on a Sense.
Current ongoing Sense problems are:
Fortunately the original Versa 1 didn't get any adverse reactions from any Fitbit App update, still the most reliable watch.
Haven't applied the most recent firmware update to the Versa 2 and that continues to work.
Lastly, any problems with the App are usually fixed with a clear cache and force stop of the App.

Thanks for the update. I always wait to install fitbit updates until I confirm there are no reported issues from users. I've been burned numerous times with updates that caused problems with the app, so I turned off auto update long ago.
