I am on a Huawei honor 10 lite paired to a fitbit charge 3 that I was gifted and started wearing on 30 Dec 2019.
I would estimate that the device is receiving notifications about 30% of the time. I have checked the settings, unpaired and restarted the phone multiple times. Sometimes that works for a couple of hours, sometimes not.
When I changed the watchface a week ago, that stopped Mr receiving notifications all together. I had to change it back. The app nearly always shows device not found even though Bluetooth on the phone is on and I am holding my phone in the hand wearing the device. Please help. It is so annoying and making me very unhappy
Yes I'm the exact same! Have a huawei mate 20 pro - brand new versa 2 for Xmas and keep losing connectivity and now have an error message for notifications. I've not received any since I set it up. I'm so annoyed with it and would rather go back to my charge 2 😠
It's really annoying! I've emailed customer service to tell them and we'll see what they say. I'm ready to return it and go back to my charge 2 which worked perfectly!! 😂

Best AnswerHi all, well after playing around with all the settings time and time again it seems to be working 😃 it did lose connectivity this morning so I had to unpair with Bluetooth and pair again but everything continued to work. Fingers crossed I have now resolved everything! Thanks to community response and also customer service.
