I am going in 2 months with having notification issues! Am I alone in this? It's so irritating. I am now running Android 10 on my Samsung S10+. I have checked on updates and am updated on all accounts. My notifications are intermittent with me not getting notifications more than receiving. Has anyone tried anything outside of Fitbit's recommendations, that has worked?

Hi @NinaP, It's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if this is affecting phone call and text notifications or just one of them? How many times you experience this intermittent notifications issue?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

I get notifications about 1% of the times and only after I reset my fitbit and restart my phone, turn off notifications, turn them back on, turn off and on bluetooth. I haven't gotten any notifications in 24 hours, nor have I reset or restarted my phone. I'm sure if I do, I'll get some notifications, but they will stop shortly after.
It affects phone calls and texts. My app also has a hard time finding my fitbit. So I've uninstalled and reinstalled my app.
Yes I am very frustrated and I wonder why this seems to only happen to some and not others.
I am on the phone with Fitbit and their answer is to replace my new Fitbit (2 months old). My Fitbit is already a replacement of mty other 2+ year old Fitbit.
I don't feel I need it replaced. Someone needs to roll out the new firmware, which tech support told me would be out today. It's not and now tech support said they don't know when it will be rolled out. They even gave me a version number....27.70.8 Go figure~ ARG!!!
