Interval Timer on Fitbit Versa

Hello!

I need to change the interval timer on my fitbit versa. Currently it does the interval 14 times for a total of 9 minutes. I want to change the interval to a total of 30 minutes and the move intervals to 1 minute.

I went into the app and to the exercise section of my account but it does not give the option to change the interval exercise.

Thanks for bringing this up, I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

Could you share your screenshots of what you see when you go into the settings? Being able to see that should let us know what is going and how to go about it.

I have the problem of changing the times of exercise and  of rest as well as the total time on my interval training app . thank you from Rome ( Italy)

The Interval Workout is not that intuitive.. You think you have to tap the blue Set Interval....  No...

This can only be done on the phone App and then when adjusted you sync your Fitbit. 

You just tap each element, Move, Rest and  Repeat and change them that way...

your suggestion works in the timer app. forgive my english if I was'nt  clear enough but I am  roman and my mother language is italian/latin

Apologies. You have to use the App on the phone and then sync to your Fitbit.. I will edit my original post.
