I bought an Ionic. Best Buy could not pair it to my Android phone. Error messages. They replaced it with a New Ionic and suggested I try to set it up at home. When I got home yesterday, I was able to set it up with my iPad. When I tried to pair it to my Android phone, it would not pair. I was connected to WiFi and my blue tooth was on. Please help.
