Hi @Namie. Welcome on board!

Thanks for letting me know that you got the Ionic and the steps tried prior posting. I'm sorry for the issues that you've had to receive notifications and I appreciate you for staying with us since your Alta HR. Your OnePlus 6 phone has been confirmed to be a compatible device, so let's work on this together. Please make sure your Ionic has the notifications settings turned on by swiping down from the top of the screen, tapping the quick settings icon and turning off the Do Not Disturb (little circle with a line) and the Sleep Mode (little moon icon) settings.

Then, give a try to the following:

  1. Remove any device from the Bluetooth settings in your phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby just for this process,
  3. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Ionic's image > Sync now.
  6. Then set up the notifications one more time.

Keep me posted.

Hi @Namie . It's great to see you here again and I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for trying the steps from my post, as well for sharing a picture of the message displayed on the Fitbit app. It's very helpful! Let me inform you that our team has received feedback from our members about this behavior and they're investigating this matter to bring a solution as soon as possible. While there isn't a time frame for the fix, make sure to keep the Fitbit app up-to-date so the rest of the features can work correctly.

I'll be around if you have another question.
