Syncing difficulties with Flex 2

as of 11am yesterday (Dec 3)my fit bit will not sync. It says 'device not found'. Can anyone help??

Hi @ShilohTess. Welcome to the Forums.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Flex 2 and the message displayed on the app. To work on this together, please make sure to the Fitbit app is allowed to run on the background as well to have the Fitbit app updated to the latest version. If these conditions are met, please try the following:

 

  1. Remove your Flex 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen and tap on the force stop option.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Flex 2.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Flex 2 > sync now.
