I go to unlock via my phone, and every time I go to enter a new password this happens. When I scan Bluetooth it can't find ionic!!! Tried restarting both a few times.
All my stats are updating and syncing though. I could even update my clockface. Just won't let me reenter a new pin.

If the app fails to reset your PIN code, please review this thread, I've seen some users in the Fitbit Versa board are having the same experience and they have shared some workarounds. Note that the process is the same for Ionic, so give it a try to this thread.
