Ionic Syncing Issues

I changed phones from Apple to Samsung Note 8 in February, and have been deciding on which smart watch to change to since, I just got the Ionic Thursday for my birthday, and everything was fine until yesterday. Since then it will not sync. I've checked for updates on the app and my phone, but everything is up to date. I tried unsyncing and resyncing the Ionic, and that did not help either. Nothing really seems to be working, so I'm kind of wondering if this is error on my part of on fitbit's end since I've seen this is a common problem.

Hi @8BitWhitt, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes? Where you able to sync your Ionic with your Samsung Note 8?

 

If the issue persists, there are a few factored that might be affecting the functionality of the app and your watch. One of this is that the pairing process was not completed successfully, in which case this article will give you some help, additionally to the steps you have tried as you mentioned before: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

 

Now, it could be just a syncing issues with the bluetooth connectivity. If this is the case then give it a try to this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
