Ionic not syncing android

My ionic wont sync despite hard close of app, shutting down phone and shutting down watch. Also the bluetooth is on and they are both connected to the same wifi

Thanks for letting me know about your Ionic as well for the steps that you've tried prior posting. Since this shouldn't be happening, may I know the error message displayed when trying to sync? Also, could you please provide me with your phone's model and Android version?

To continue troubleshooting your watch, I'd recommend to give a try to the following:

  1. Remove the Ionic from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone one more time.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile's icon > Ionic > Sync now.
