I have tried it all. Restart bluetooth, restart tracker, uninstall app, reinstall fitbit app, unpair tracker, repair with fitbit and s9. Worked perfect before update. There is no other suggestion by Fitbit or anyone. Hope they fix soon
Best AnswerI can sync, but no notifications since last update it keeps asking me to restart my phone. Also when its just been restarted. I also reinstalled the app ect ect. Actually I had it now. I have been using fitbit for many years. But I'm selling it now an wil move on to garmin. So sad, because I really liked my Ionic. But there is too many troubles ALL the time 😞
