It used to work for sometime. Some days back, it started to showing unsync. I tried to remove the device from the app and set it up again. However the app can't find the device. I restart the flex 2 and tried it again. still doesn't work. Any suggestion?

Sorry about the problems @shazichuanshuo

Have you removed the Flex 2 from your phones Bluetooth yet?

This might be all that is needed to be done.

You might also have to restart the phone and tracker.

As for removing a non comunicating tracker from your fitbit account. Simply telling Fitbit.com your not going to use it will only add problems .If there is no communication how will it be setup.

People need to stop removing travelers from their account, unless they don't want to use the tracker anymore.

yes, I do remove the flex 2 from the paired device on my phone. Also following your suggestion, I restarted my phone. seems it still doesn't work. One interesting thing here is I can add this flex 2 using my another iPhone. Looks like the problem is related to the app on the android.

A Fitbit tracker is never added to a phone, the tracker is setup to the users Fitbit account .

Adding the point tgattrge traxkertworks with the iPhone could be the key to why it does not work with the android phone.

Lets go back to the way a Bluetooth works. Like most other Bluetooth devices your tracker can only talk to one device at a tine. Have you at least turned your Iphones Bluetooth off when trying to sync through the android phone.

If the tracker has been setup through the iPhone there is no need to set it up again .Simply through the android phone log into the same Fitbit account.

Please remember that the iPhone needs to be turned off or at least turn it's Bluetooth off. Or simply move the iphone iat least 50 feet away.

Yes, you are right. After I unpair the flex 2 from my iPhone and I can pair it on my galaxy s9+ successfully. Thanks a lot for your help.
