Ionic not syncing with phone

My ionic still has not syn with my phone since August 18th. It's ridiculous.

Let me help you out!

 

I'd recommend that you try to follow the steps showing on this article. Be sure to go through them in order, they should definitely help out in getting your Fitbit to sync.

 

In the meantime, I'd like to ask a couple of questions:

  • What phone are you using?
  • When did this start happening?
