I have the iconic and a Samsung s9. After doing update my fit bit does not vibrate when I receive a message or any other notification. Some messages come through hit-or-miss but I actually have to check my Fitbit Randomly which defeats the purpose. I do get the vibration notification when I receive a phone call and the caller ID shows up on my fit bit. Just wish I knew how to get to vibrate again like it used to So I actually know when I have a message. I have tried all The suggestions I have read about and nothing has worked yet.

Hi @Mariemars, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your Ionic isn't vibrating at all or just with the notifications feature? You experienced this issue after updating your mobile device Android version to Android 10? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit following the steps that are specified on: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Keep me posted.
