Ionic not working with Samsung Note 9

After several months of this device not working properly I've decided to try other products. My faith in your products has went from 100 to 0. This happens to be my 3rd Fitbit device and everyone of them have failed. I've tried all of the solutions listed in this forum and none of them seems to work.
