My Ionic stopped working. It is not possible to restart it any way. When I press the buttons only the logo of Fitbit appears and it vanishes after a few seconds. The problems started yesterday when the device could not sync. This morning it stopped working completely.I tried to plug it and recharge it, and still nothing. It is not possible to turn it off as it is not possible to enter the settings on the device. Is there another way of turning it off? Manually somehow?

@GosiaPtak Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Ionic isn't working. Not sure if your Ionic is still charging as you mentioned that "I tried to plug it and recharge it, and still nothing." If it isn't charging try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device again and see how it behaves.
