Only had my Ionic a few weeks and every now and again has syncing problems. At the moment I'm presuming its syncing partly as the step count changes but the sync date hasn't. Its stuck on a date 4 days ago. It also hasn't picked up my swim exercise, had to enter it manally. Any ideas, already tried the usual things

Hello @SarahJaK, thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! I saw you mentioned about trying the usual things to address this issue, however I would like to know more details of the steps you have tied to be on the same page.
As a mater of review I would like to share the following post with you to see if there is something missing to try regarding the syncing issues: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
It is possible the swimming activity is being affected if your tracker is not syncing. However a restart would be the best if the swimming is not being detected:
In addition, at the beginning of this week we have rolled out a new version for the Android app. So make sure to review if the new version is already available for you. For more details please review this post: Android app version 2.65 is now available - 1/22. This version might give you some extra help if none of the steps you have tried are addressing the issues you commented here.
See you around and let me know how it goes.
