Just got my second Ionic. First one lasted over 3 years. Also got a new Samsung Note 20. Deleted the old Ionic and added the new one. All went well. 6 hours later my Ionic was no longer listed in the app. I went to set up new device and re-added it with no issues. It keeps happening. I'm having to re-add it 3-4 times a day. Deleted app and re-loaded it. Updated Ionic firmware. Still keeps happening. Anyone else have any ideas?

I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I'd like you to ensure that you're logged into the same account that you were before, since you mentioned a new phone was purchased, double check that you're logged into that account.
If any other person is using your previous phone, make sure you logged out from that account, this to make sure they data doesn't get mixed.
