Hi all, my Ionic won't pair with a Samsung A51 phone. Does anyone have a workaround? This is very frustrating.

@Kevingregg may we have a little more insight?
Does the Fitbit app find the ionic?
Does the Ionic display a 4 digit code?
Does the fitbit app accept this code?
Then what happens?
Please remember, we setup the ionic through the fitbit app. Once setup, the Fitbit app will Pair the tracker. The OS then requests permission, from the user, to allow.
