Ionic won't sync with galaxy s8

Ionic stopped syncing with my galaxy s8 phone yesterday. No error codes, just stopped syncing. Did this once before and I had to do a factory reset of my ionic to fix the problem.

Same here after about 10 resets and 3 factory resets I finally just used my iPad and it worked great.  Sure hope they fix the problem
