fitbit 1 wont sync to samsung s4

Hi so I've had my Fitbit 1 for about a week, it was working fine but now it just won't sync. When I try to sync it, it just says looking and then that it can't find my tracker.

I've tried everything I can think of : 

- turn Bluetooth on and off

- reinstall the app

- try to restart my Fitbit

- restart my phone

I just don't know what to do, would greatly appreciate any help, thank you

The restart of the fitbit usually has the best chance of fixing syncing problems. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work so it might be worth trying that a few more times

I am having exactly the same problem.  After a week of syncing with my samsung s5 the fitbit won't sync at all and I've tried everything.
