I have gone through all the trouble shooting steps and my ionic has not synced for over a week and now is unrecognised by any of the devices I have ever used to sync it with. The Bluetooth just isn't picking it up

Same problem. Ionic working very well for weeks. Suddenly cannot sync to ''Health 365'' app and ''Fitbit'' app. Tried restarting the phone, on-off bluetooth, restarted Ionic watch - but still cannot sync for the last 2 days..
