Ionic wont sync

Last sync was 830 this morning.  Reset, still nothing.  HELP

@Habs5422 How are you resetting? Are you going to Settings\About\Shutdown and then turning your tracker back on? Or are you force quitting the Fitbit app? Or are you power cycling your phone?

I did the shutdown.  Did not work.  Tried the left button and bottom right button to restart, still wont sync.

@Habs5422 Try force quitting the Fitbit app. If that doesn't work, reboot your phone. My Ionic will stop syncing after a few days too. I usually have to reboot my Ionic\phone\app every few days. Annoying, yes.
