Hi @DebiBudz It is not on the Supported Devices List, though that doesnt necessarily mean it wont work. You would need to find someone with that phone who has tried and succeeded (or tried and failed)

It's great to see you around, @DebiBudz and @NellyG, thanks for the input.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Android App board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.

Now about your inquiry, Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.

The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found here. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.

A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.

Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

Hi @TiredMummy  Yes it is on the Supported List - it must have been added recently as it previously wasnt on the list. If you are having trouble syncing go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems

TiredMummy I threw my fitbit in a drawer for 2 months as I could not get it to work. When I saw your message I fished it out charged it and tried to sync it with my A10.

Still not working. Back in the drawer.

My wife and I just upgraded our phones to the A10e's yesterday. We had no issues installing and syncing our devices. The only thing different is we have to enable Location Services in order to sync. From what I understand that's due to a change in Android security starting with version 6.

I just tried syncing it with my   Fire  tablet and that worked (after a while.)

After that it synced easily with the A10 so I am in business. Maybe if you can sync on another device first it might work for you too.

Fire tablet is not that expensive and quite useful too.

Hope that helps.

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine.

Regarding your inquiry about which devices are compatible with Fitbit, I recommend checking that by taking a look at our help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.

Keep in mind that when a device isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your units, you just might experience some connectivity issues.
