I everyone. I'm thinking about the new Versa. Does anyone know if it's compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S5? Thanks in advance.

Great to see you around @Karenk60 and @Taurusaurus thanks for stopping by.
I just want to let you know that I have moved your posts from the Versa board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be able to find more related topics about the Fitbit app.
Now regarding your inquiry, as mentioned by our friend, Samsung Galaxy S5 is a compatible phone. You can verify this by checking our list of compatible mobile devices.
If you need anything else, do not hesitate to post it. ![]()
Best AnswerI have tried repeatedly to get my Total Wireless Samsung Galaxy S5 to sync with my new Versa and it absolutely will not work. I have restarted the Versa, phone and app numerous times and nothing works. The phone sees the Versa but says it cannot connect. Is there anything else I should try?
Best AnswerThe GS5 is not on the supported devices list. The new app requires OS7, my GS5 is at OS6.0.1 and is up to date.
So you can't even get the app to load. 😞
Best AnswerIm pretty upset. I bought the new versa for a christmas present and saw that this post said the samsung galaxy s5 was compatible. Well it isnt, thanks for ruining christmas.
