What you have to do is first sync from your account to make sure all your data gets to your database, then remove it from your account. Go to the Ionic screen on you phone app and click the trash can icon at top right to remove from your account.
Then your girlfriend should add it to her account. Then all the data will be added to her account, not to yours. That's basically the same as if you were done with it and giving it away, with the possible exception of if you have music or credit cards stored, that I am assuming you are not concerned about removing for the temporary loan.
Then when she is done with it, have her sync, remove it from her account, and you add it back to your account.
