Hi
I am using a MI note 6 pro (Android 9), and from two weeks I am getting the following message when I try to synch
Bluetooth issues
If you are seeing this message for the first time, press cancel and try again. If you continue receiving this message, press restart bluetooth to turn bluetooth off and on
Tried restarting bluetooth but issue persists
Any pointers?

Thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior posting. Let me share with you that the Xiaomi MI Redmi note 6 PRO is not a supported mobile device with our Fitbit products and services, therefore, you may encounter certain connectivity difficulties with both devices such as you're currently experiencing. Even though your mobile device is not compatible, I recommend you to take a look to our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. I'm unable to know if this information will resolve your difficulties due to the compatibility situation, however, let give it a try.
Note that this doesn’t prevent you from syncing as you can always sync using an alternative mobile device that is listed as compatible or with a computer. To do so with your computer, you can check this post that will explain you how to download our Fitbit app in your computer.
