Versa sync issues with Samsung Galaxy Note 5

I switched back to Samsung Note 5 and have issues syncing with Versa.  I have also had issues with Versa draining my battery and just sync 1 time a day.  I wish there was another setting besides all day sync to save battery life on my phone.

Let me help you syncing your Versa with your phone and its battery issues. For syncing issues you can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Regarding the battery life please try these instructions.
