I have been using my Fit bit One since 2015. All of a sudden at the end of July it stopped syncing to app. Maybe because of an upgrade. From what I understand my phone is not on the device list and now I can't add my one to the app. I just get message to try again. Frustrating now that it doesn't work and I can't seem to figure out how to get this to work again!! Not impressed.

At the moment, the LG G5 is not the supported devices list. Our team is aware of the need to expand the list and as soon as we have any news on the matter we will be sure to let everyone know.
Keep in mind that while the app can work as long as the phone meets the minimum requirements, Android 4.4+ and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that some issues will happen. Some users of phones not on that list have mentioned that going through these troubleshooting steps helped them, so it's definitely worth a try.
