I have set up my new versa, it is connected and syncs sleep etc but still shows 0 steps even tho I have done 4000. I have tried uninstalling the app, disconnecting the versa bit nothing helps

Thanks for bringing this up and letting us know what you have already tried.
It is possible that some details are taking a bit of time to load. Could you tell me exactly what are you seeing where the steps should be? If possible, could you take a screen shot of what you are seeing and post it in here?
Additionally, I'd recommend that you try to log out and then back into your account. This will force the app to download all data again.
