Is the Versa 4 compatible with LG V40 ThinQ?

I just bought this Versa 4 and set it all up.  It paired fine with my phone, all permissions are enabled.  It's not receiving any phone calls or SMS at all. 

 

I've also checked the Devices page and my phone is not listed there, so is there something else I'm missing or am I returning this Versa 4?
