@Mez90b There is no public bug list. Fitbit started locking certain threads after 30 days of no responses, despite the fact that the issue hasn't been solved.
@RodrigoMFitbit You are the last moderator to post on the linked thread. Can you please update the Community on the progress of fixing that bug?
