I just got my fitbit and everything works except I cannot get my amazon alexa account to sync to my new watch. It says error connecting try again or something. I've tried multiple accounts and know I'm using the right information. help!!!

Same thing happening to me. I've been bounced from Fitbit support to Amazon, back to Fitbit. Supposedly it's been escalated twice, still not resolved

I'm still having the issue. So frustrating!
