Hello since a month I am unable to use the fit bit app properly as nothing is getting loaded. No clock, orher apps are working. How to fix that?

@Anusha1515 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the explanation. I find that pretty odd, since there have not been reports about this lately. About a week ago there was an outage and nothing on the "Today" tab on the Fitbit app did not load. However, that outage affected users only a few hours. It was resolved the same day. That is why I find it odd, since you have been experiencing this over a month already.
Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Open the app store on your smartphone and look for the Fitbit app. If there is an update available, please download and install it.
