Ever since I updated a week ago, the sleep logs are wrong. I'm not getting text or phone notifications.
How can I switch back to the original Fitbit app. I think after reading other people's comments, I'm not the only one with my issues. Didnt you folks test it first? Not happy.

To better assist you with your notifications and sleep logs, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Which Fitbit do you have? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? You're not receiving sleep logs at all or Sleep Stages detailed graphs?
With the notifications concern, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi, since upgrading the fitbit app on my OnePlus 7 Pro around a week ago, I'm no longer receiving any notifications on my versa.
The Notifications settings in the app constantly show the error message 'Notification Service not Running. A phone restart is required...'
I have tried restarting my phone multiple times, force stopping the app, un installing and re-installing the app, removing and re-adding the Bluetooth connection to my Versa.
None of these have worked and the error message is constantly displayed, this seems to be a bug in v3.4 of the app.
Please help, I switched to Versa from Apple watch and have been happy with the switch up to now but notifications is the most important feature to me and I need it to be reliable.

I am having a similar issue no versa apps are working they say you need to sync to phone and I don't get any notifications at all. My sleep takes ages to update. What is Fitbit up to my Versa was working perfectly until a recent app update and since then it hasn't really worked properly at all.
