Issues with Email notifications on Versa

I'm not having any problems getting notifications from Gmail on my Versa. What I'm not getting is the option to Reply. All I'm getting is Archive, Open and Clear. And even when I press Open, it doesn't open. So two problems: not able to Reply, and the emails won't "open" (I just get the truncated version and when I scroll down, I get Archive, Open and Clear, but not Reply.

Hello @ChapelHillBetsy.

Thanks for sharing those details on everything that you have tried to get the notifications to work correctly.

In regards to replying to notifications, keep in mind that it only works for text notifications and not for email notifications, so that would explain why you are not getting the options. You can click here to read more about it.

As for not being able to open them, my first suggestion would be to try to restart your Versa and then try opening the email again.

Look forward to your reply.
