It's nice to see you around my friend, welcome @SunsetRunner ! Well, actually you're not doing anything wrong, the thing is that Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge doesn't include the MobileTrack feature as other compatible devices do.
For the latest list of devices that support the MobileTrack feature, visit http://www.fitbit.com/devices. Fitbit frequently adds support for new devices, so if yours isn't listed check back soon.

Hope this helps!

Hello,
Is there any reason why Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge have not been included as compatible devices for the MobileTrack feature? They are 2 of the best selling phones from Samsung and they have fully functional sensors (I can track my steps with S Health and many other step tracking apps), so I find it very weird that fitbit didn't include them in their list.
Are there any other issues with their sensors that make them more difficult to integrate than other phones? I would be very glad If we could get a bit more detailed and technical explanation for this. I can also see that no Galaxy phone has MobileTrack available, so maybe is more a matter of an agreement between other mobile brands (like iPhone) and fitbit that Samsung has not agreeded to?
Thank you,
David.
