I have updated to the latest version of the app on my phone which is not compatible by the way, at least doesn't show on the list of compatible devices. But so far I haven;t seen any issue at the moment to sync in my personal experience.
So I will start with the most basic which is to log out from the app and restart your Android devices. Once your phones or mobile device has completely loaded, log back in and try to sync again. Most of the times is just require a restart after the update.
