Versa 2 does not work with Samsung J5 niether Samsung A40. Very Bad product. Android 7.1. You say Versa 2 Works with devices with Android 7.*. Very Bad product.

You see what they do is they make it compatible with the phone instead of the Android o.s. 7 & above. I'm using a non-compatible LG phone with mine & it does work. It's a crap shoot.

Hello @Jmegias1 and @RottieLover, it's nice to see you both participating again here in the Community Forums.
Just as @RottieLover shared, we do have some Samsung Galaxy mobile devices that are listed as compatible with our products and services, you can check the entire list here. As it turns out, the Samsung Galaxy J5 and A40 are not under that list, which can deliver some connection difficulties. Even though such mobile devices are not compatible, can you please provide more information and details about the actual issue you're experiencing with your Versa 2?
