Ive Just got a replacement versa 2

My old watch the app showed zone minutes now it shows active minutes how do i change this

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  Zone minutes were added in a firmware update.  Your new Versa 2 should get the updates over the next 24-48 hours ti get to the current firmware.

Thanks for your email i have to admit this watch replacement works
completely different to my original watch it actually much better my
original watch never worked like this.

Hi @SunsetRunner  - there is a bug in the setup of a replacement or new watch in that it doesn't install the latest firmware, so things don't work as they should.

You can do a factory reset from the watch Settings About menu and redo the setup. But wait several minutes before doing anything with the watch after starting the factory reset.
