Keep getting logged out

I get logged out of my app at least once a day. I have an Inspire 3 and my phone is a Samsung S25 plus. It has been happening since Google took over. I haven't gone over to Google though. I have cleared the cache and restarted everything. It is getting frustrating enough that I am considering abandoning Fitbit and looking for a different tracker

Hi, @Leela6531, welcome to the community. I suspect your problem may be rooted in your continued use of the Fitbit login. The process for changing to the Google account login has been in train for a while now. You may find this article of interest How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account - Fitbit Help Center. The deadline is about 8 months away. Provided you sync your device before changing over, you should be good.

I don't want to move over to Google, and since we still have eight more months I shouldn't have to. I am planning to abandon Fitbit for Garmin, it's just not doing it for me any more.

I've been having the same issue but using Google log in. Have you tried completely uninstalling the app and reinstalling again? That helps me stay logged in a bit longer than like 7 hours.
