Hello, I have the Huawei Mate 20 Pro and I recently received a fitbit versa, special edition. I keep getting the 'notification service not running' error message. I have restarted everything several times and it still ain't working?

Let me share that our team is aware of this error message being displayed when restarting your phone, and they're working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible to everyone. I'm sorry that you're having this experience and while I don't have a time frame when this will be fixed, I'll update this thread once I have more details. Be sure that your comments haven't gone unnoticed.
