Kilo joules accuracy

After a week of not tracking my kilojoules I decided to do it again but is reading very inaccurate with kj in and out. Do i need to reset?

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, which Android mobile device you're currently using to sync your Fitbit? Is this occurring in the Fitbit app only or your Fitbit.com dashboard too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Unsintall the app from your mobile device
  3. Make sure that the Android version of your device is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app
  6. Login to your Fitbit account
  7. Let me know if the issue persist
