Hey @ak07, it's great to see you around.
I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Android app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.
Now about your compatibility inquiry, Fitbit is compatible with more than 200 of the most popular Android, iOS and Windows mobile devices.
The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found here. If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch. We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit App, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models.
A majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
See you around.

You didn't read my post or you would have seen that I do not own any of the 200 compatible devices that work with the Charge 3. Your Chat room person advises that "they are working on that", (my compatibility issue), and I am still waiting.

As far as I can tell the Amazon app store version is an older one so I don't think it would work with the charge 3.
There is another thread about kindles which had a link to get the Google version on there. Perhaps if you have a look for that and try contacting someone on that thread they may know if it works.
Do not wait for fitbit to do anything about this. Keep a close eye on any window you have to return the charge 3. You don't want to get stuck with an expensive ornament.

Thanks, maybe there is some hope.
