I just want to put in a request to put the G4 as a compatible device for my charge hr. Everything works except for the caller notifications so far.

Having a horrible time getting my Charge HR to sync with my G4.
Most of the time my G4 can not contact fitbit
the rest of the time it can not connect for live data.
Then it will work fine.
Then later nothing.
clear app and restart = nothing
reboot phone = nothing
reboot fitbit = nothing
clear fitbit = nothing
Bout ready to find something else.

Welcome to this thread and also to the Community @DL-FB! thanks for the info, lets try to fix this by:
1. Logging into your Fitbit App and after that log out
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Finally, Set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device
Try to follow the steps in the same order and let me know how it goes, I'll be around!

Thanks for your updates @Robinkeough and also thanks for sharing your information with us @DL-FB! While many Android devices have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App.
Fitbit is constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and they appreciate all of the input
we receive from our users. So, the best place to make your voice heard @Robinkeough, is the Ideas Board on our community.
However, @Robinkeough and @DL-FB, just one more thing, could you please let me know if you have the all day sync on your Fitbit app?. Because that might interfere in the connection.
Keep me posted!

I'm sorry @DL-FB. My question was: Do you have the all day sync on your Fitbit app?. This is a feature on your Dashboard, you'll find it every time you tap on the little picture of your tracker. If you have this feature "On". This could be the reason why the call notifications are not working.
@Robinkeough thanks for your update. I found this Feature Suggestion on our Feature Requests Board about compatibility with the LG G4 phone and you can vote for their idea and add your comments. Our product team looks forward to reading and incorporating your suggestions into future versions of Fitbit apps.
Keep me posted!

I really want you can enjoy your Fitbit tracker, so let me pass this information to the Fitbit engineering team and at the moment please vote for the LG G4 Feature Suggestion on the Feature Request board.
Once there is an update, I'll let you know!

@Rkelly911 Are you experiencing a specific error message? Are you unable to sync? Are you unable to track any activity? What troubleshooting procedures have you tried already?
This will be useful in helping to provide you with some further troubleshooting procedures.
